Home Farm Cabin is a comfortable retreat that has been constructed from timber milled on the property. There are sweeping valley views of native bushland. It is situated on a small farm with cattle and sheep. Guests enjoy sightings of kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, kookaburras & native birds. Local activities include trout fishing, hiking, kayaking, mushrooming, truffle hunts, Waldara weddings, sightseeing in the Blue Mountains, Jenolan Caves, Kanangra Walls and Mayfield Garden. Beautiful sunny spots to hide away with a book, over 200 acres of undulating land as well as some bush land, a swimming dam, an outdoor fire pit for the cooler months and an indoor fire place to snuggle up by in the evenings. Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish space. Cosy up next to the log fireplace and immerse yourself in the warm, botanical atmosphere. Take a 15 minute walk to the picturesque clifftop lookouts and spectacular waterfalls or meander through the friendly tree-lined neighbourhood to sample the local coffee. Listen to the sounds of the frogs in the pond and watch the black cockatoos rest in the trees as you slow down, recharge and soak up the fresh mountain air, secluded amongst the trees.

Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.

Elphin is a warm, stylish studio with views from all windows over a beautiful little valley facing north and east, terraced gardens, native ferns and a sunny deck. As you lie in your cozy bed you can watch the trees and birds from beautiful large windows in three different directions. Please do note that if you have any challenges at all with mobility, Elphin is not recommended.

The Hikers Hut

Orchard Cottage & Gardens

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
