If you’re looking for a peaceful, country style getaway on a wooded 2.5 acre lot, look no further. This 2-bedroom (3 beds) 2 bath unit offers all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, dining area, game room, laundry room, covered patio and single-car garage. Outdoor parking is also available. Pullman Train Car at Rassawek

Our Pullman Car is one of 3 converted train cars available for rentals. The car was built by Pullman Co. in 1888. Guests staying in this car have access to the shared amenities of Rassawek Station including the patio “Flat Car” and our Lodge Cabin. Guests can also use the ponds on the property as well as the 5+ miles of private country roads for hiking, running and biking. The converted car has a living area, full kitchen, a bedroom with two double beds, a full bath with shower and a half bath.

Farmstay pets and one Nights

Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends

Farm Stay: Vineyard, Animals, Heated Pool

Welcome to Orchid Hollow, our family farm and vineyard in the Virginia Piedmont. The carriage house awaits at the end of winding country roads and a long gravel drive. Start your day with coffee on the deck overlooking the vineyard as horses graze below. Spend the afternoon by the heated pool, or grab a fishing pole and head to our 5-acre lake for fishing, canoeing, or a pedal boat. End the day with wine by the lakeside bonfire as the sun sets and kids run free or swim in the color-lit pool.

River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, smoking, and vaping are not allowed. The internet is fiber optic with good cell service for most providers. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Wellness Cabin W/ Hot tub, Sauna, Cold Plunge.

Soak in the cedar wood burning hot tub/cold plunge. Unwind in your private Sauna. Relax by a firepit with a pizza oven (dough, cheese, sauce, pepperoni supplied). Find some peace along the natural spring in the mediation/breathwork area. Hike/Bike on the trails. Put your feet up for a lovely outdoor projector movie night. River Bend Retreat is a self-guided wellness retreat that allows 2 guests to destress, reconnect to nature, and truly experience deep rejuvenation of mind, body, and spirit.

3 Acre Tranquil Colonial

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, colonial with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. FREE WIFI and Smart TV's for you to unwind and catch up on your favorite shows or unplug and enjoy the large deck for alfresco dining and fire pit nights. 20 minutes from Short pump, VA (Short Pump Mall, Restaurants etc.) and 10 minutes from The Foundry Golf Course, The Mill at Fine Creek, The Estate at River Run and many other wedding and event venues.

Venson’s Getaway!

Venson’s Getaway is a beautiful house that was recently remodeled into a comfortable and cozy getaway. The house sits on 30 acres of peaceful and private land, and in its immediate surroundings it has a nice patio with a fire pit and three grills, and a beautiful heated swimming pool that was also recently finished. The area is surrounded by nature, including a creek that runs through the property! It is also located 30 minutes away from Charlottesville (famous Monticello's location!)

The Home Stretch

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

Our home has all you need for a cozy stay! Contactless entry through front door keypad! Enter right into the living room which has a couple couches to relax on. A full kitchen with all needed amenities, stackable washer/dryer for you to use, and two bedrooms (full & queen) with a full bathroom + double vanity complete the space!

Located at Mount Bernard Farm which is a 130+ acre historic river front property along scenic River Road West and the James River. Need more room? Animal lover’s Cozy Cottage. We host pets with their people. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The Studio apartment is perfect for two adults and a child. In Short Pump, close to restaurants, shopping, and highway 64, 288, and 295 (5 minute drive; not walking distance). Large fenced yard and pet friendly (See Other Details to Note for important information). Pet fees are per pet.
