Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $50. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends.

Boxcar with floor to ceiling glass doors

Guests staying in the Boxcar have access to the shared amenities of Rassawek Station including the patio “Flat Car” and our Lodge Cabin. Guests also have access to our ponds and 5+ miles of private country roads for hiking, running and biking. The boxcar living area has a sofa and coffee table and small area with table, two chairs and a mini fridge/freezer with a Keurig. The bedroom has a queen bed and dresser and there is a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Country Farmhouse, Near Fine Creek Mill

Country house with beautiful views of barn and horses, close to Fine Creek Mill (6 miles), a great get away or place to entertain or even hold a retreat. Only 25 min to Short Pump, 45 min to downtown Richmond. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the views of the horses and barn. House features 3 bedrooms, 1 King and 2 Queens, full kitchen, two full baths, dining area with seating for 12. Pet friendly and horse boarding available. Fee for dogs is extra $30 per day. Wifi.

You will love the quiet of the farm and star filled nights The views from bed of the horses and hay fields invite you to adventure out. The lofted ceiling is open and airy while the dining/kitchen area on the lower level is cozy an intimate. The Rosalie has a private entrance, parking area and private deck. Animal lover’s Cozy Cottage. We host pets with their people. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The Studio apartment is perfect for two adults and a child. In Short Pump, close to restaurants, shopping, and highway 64, 288, and 295 (5 minute drive; not walking distance). Large fenced yard and pet friendly (See Other Details to Note for important information). Pet fees are per pet.
