Situated between the beach and local town of Gorleston on Sea, the beach is just a 5-10 minute walk, down Englands Lane, with the Pavilion theatre and bandstand and cliff top terraces. Great Yarmouth is a 5 minute drive by car for the Pier, Pleasure Beach, Crazy Golf, Amusements & the Model Village!

Quaint fisherman’s cottage, the closest house to the beach on Beach Road! Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!

Large Family beach house with view/hot tub/Pets

Outside there is a BBQ with room to sit and chat. Relax in the hot tub with a glass. Plenty of room at our massive table for Sunday lunch inside. Long sandy beach (4 min walk away). Excellent for dogs too. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and stair gates). You’ll have 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, breakfast room,sitting/dining room, garden, hot tub, own parking. Restaurants, pubs nearby. NB - 3 showers, bath and 3 toilets are all on the first floor.

We do accept pets - There will be an extra cleaning fee of £20 to be added at time of booking. If you require car charging - please note there will be an additional fee for this. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can accommodate this. We do not charge per guest, price is for the whole house.
