Bewl Water, Bedgebury Pinetum, Battle Abbey, and Bodiam Castle all only 10 mins by car. We have an abundance of National Trust properties within easy reach, with the pretty towns of Rye and Hastings only 30 mins away. We are dog friendly and have wonderful walks close by. Great for couples or single occupancy, room for a cot too.

Our wiggly tin hut is for two people (and of course a dog). It nestles in its own secure space within a pretty cottage garden in the centre of a pretty kent village Sleeping is on a very comfy memory foam double bed. There is an ensuite shower room, basin and wc, a small kitchen with 2 ring gas hob, butlers sink, fridge and combination microwave/oven. Outside there is a bbq and garden furniture. Great pubs locally, one just 1/2 mile away. Another 20 minutes walk. The walks are amazing!

‘Little Hartleys’ is a detached, converted stable with cosy wood burning stove. Perfect for families where children can use our play park complete with sunken trampoline and zip wire. From time to time, other animals will be housed on the property. Country walks start opposite the main entrance & within 1.5 miles you can find yourselves in our charming local pubs. Our cottage has stunning views across Kent, situated down a quiet farm lane with no other houses in sight. We are 10 mins from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Paddock Wood. It is incredibly cosy with underfloor heating throughout, it is also totally eco friendly.
