Stylish, newly refurbished and featuring exclusive flooring and furniture, the apartment is filled with natural light throughout the day and has two double rooms with views, two complete bathrooms, a fully equipped designer kitchen and a gorgeous lounge with a balcony offering views of the sea. There are three other balconies in the apartment, not to mention a safe, security cameras, security doors, an intruder alarm and smoke detectors connected to the main office 24/7. Picture yourself swimming, taking a paddleboarding class, playing with your children on the sand, jogging on the shores of the Mediterranean or just enjoying the diverse cuisine of a district that is especially well known for its rice and fish dishes and its myriad bars. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 p.m., and avoid slamming doors or hosting parties. Only the guests included in the booking are allowed to stay. Please note that breaking the rules may result in eviction without a refund. 🔑 Keys & check-out If you leave before check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Always lock the door when you go out. Lost keys will incur a €500 replacement fee. 🚭 No smoking smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. This tax must be paid to access the apartment. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arriva after 5pm, let us know at least 24hs in advance and we'll coordinate with an agent to deliver you the keys. Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the trash.
