Just a few steps from the sea and the beach, there is a ‘Porpini’ apartment. From the small terrace you can enjoy the wide view across the sea, while sunbathing, listening to the soothing sound of the waves or simply relax, in the shade, with the glass of a cool drink. This small and cosy studio apartment has everything you need for your vacation. Equipped kitchen, TV, air-condo. Apartment provides a romantic sunset on the landing at the top of stairs - for you only, and free of charge ;)

Our cozy apartment is located close to the center of Komiža old town. Free private parking is available right next to the house. It is in quiet neighborhood and has a separate entrance from the main road. It takes a short walk down to the waterfront. Waterfront is beautiful place where you can enjoy delicious food in restaurants, have a cold drink on a hot day or simply enjoy the view of a charming fisherman’s town. Honestly, Komiža is a small place.. all within a ten minute walk.

Najbliži restoran je 3 minute hodanja..

Centrally located in the ancient town of Vis (one of 5 apartments in the house). A pebbly beach is 500 m from the units. Numerous hidden beaches can be found near the property. Restaurants serving freshly prepared seafood, bars and cafes are just few steps away. Guests can enjoy various excursions to the fishing village of Komiža, or Biševo with its impressive Blue Cave. Vis is connected with Split by a ferry. This property also has one of the top-rated locations in Vis.

2 bedroom old stone house ( 60 m2) perfectly located on the waterfront. Part of charming and historic neighborhood Kut best known for its restaurants and bars. This lovely 60 m2 apartment has 3 floors, 2 rooms, 2 bads (200x160), sofa , 1 bathroom with washing machine and kitchen with dishwasher. This is old traditional Dalmatian house, central location neer all good reataurans, grossery stores, fresh food market, bus station, port, ferry line and beach all in 3 minutes walking distance from house. House has three different units. Two of them are studio apartments with kitchen, bathroom, one double bed, one sofa bed and terrace. The biggest one have tree rooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, livingroom , balcony with sea view and terrace.

A mixture of vintage and modern comfort, the apartment (Holiday House) in the heart of Old Town, located next to the sea and away from the town beach 10 min walk. In 2018, on the second floor we arranged a small night-time toilet for greater comfort. For the summer of 2019, we offer our guests an air conditioner in all the rooms in the house. From 2021, we offer our guests private, free of charge on street parking for one car some 200m from house.

The apartment is set in a beautiful and tranquil bay Parja, about 3,5km outside of town. Steps down to the private deck on the sea. Great location for relaxing, swimming, walking, and cycling. Pine forests, olive trees, blue crystal clear sea, and singing crickets are the treasures of this quiet bay. Being away from the crowds.
