.This newly renovated Villa is located in a quiet location in the center of the town of Nin, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The house consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a summer kitchen with a toilet, a terrace and a private pool. All rooms are air-conditioned and one room has a private bathroom. Our guests have private parking, WiFi and barbecue. Our family wish you a pleasant stay.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
