Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Property is located 5 feet from a private launching ramp and private dock. Lakeside fun is just steps away! Swimming, fishing, and boating can be enjoyed from your private nautical oasis!

Our property is ideally situated only 1.5 blocks from the beautiful Grand Lake and 1 mile from the closest public boat ramp, making it an ideal destination for fishing and boating enthusiasts. We understand that our guests may need space to park large vehicles, and we're pleased to offer a full driveway behind a locked gate for your convenience.

You can enjoy fishing and floating off the dock or just lounging with your feet in the water. Amazing sunrises!
