Maine Forest Retreat: restored, peaceful home in the forest on the "Downeast" coast of Maine, away from noise traffic crowds. This 4BR 2 story spacious home accommodates nature lovers, families, and small groups for retreats or visits to our scenic area. The downstairs provides a large, open central area for playing, yoga, and socializing, with flexible, easily moveable furniture to accommodate different activities. 3 miles to Cobscook Inst, 12 to Lubec or Machias, 30 to Eastport, 45 to Calais.

Walk-out second story deck overlooks large side-yard and has table, umbrella, and chairs for outside dining or simply enjoying the day. Private entrance and off-street parking. Well-equipped kitchen w/ refrigerator/freezer, Keurig, kettle, toaster oven, cookware, knives, utensils, dinnerware. Large closet with vacuum and heater.

Little Green Cottage

The Little Green Cottage is a peaceful location, on the edge of a calm river, where you can frequently see turtles and frogs. Truly a place to see the night sky and experience nature. Acadia is a little over 2 hours away. Quoddy Head State Park and Campobello Island (Canada - bring your passport), is within 30 minutes. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We just added an office shed for those who have to work on vacation. Additional fee to rent so please request in the booking.

RELAX at this tranquil getaway! Enjoy your private sandy beach, FREE kayak use, miles of oceanside trails, and four local lighthouses. The views from living room and master bedroom are exceptional! Sparkplug lighthouse is to your left and West Quoddy, a short walk to your right. Canada’s Campobello and Grand Manan islands are also in view. The house has three bedrooms: two king size, one queen and two full bathrooms, one ADA. An additional rental is also available if you need more space.

Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. Mulholland Cottage is an 1840 oceanfront cottage full of modern updates and historic Maine charm. On over 2 acres along Johnson Bay in Lubec, the cottage is perfect for experiencing the easternmost town in the US. It was lovingly restored over the past three years featuring modern appliances, new furnishings and bedding. Stroll along the beach brimming with seaglass and watch it transform with the monumental tide.

Lupin Cottage - Oceanfront 2 bedroom gem!

Relax and unplug in this idyllic, 2 bedroom, ocean front cottage. Harrington Cove Cottages are located in Deep Cove, a quiet and desirable area of southern Grand Manan. Lupine Cottage rests above a field of iconic Lupin flowers (in spring), and boasts a stunning ocean front view, free parking, full kitchen and bath, deck and BBQ. Pets and families welcome! No wifi.
