Lakefront Bungalow & Bunkhouse in the woods w/Boat

The Loon's Nest is a lakefront bungalow w/seperate bunkhouse that includes the FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock from May through October. Situated on 2 large lots w/private beach & expansive views of Lake Wabasis in front; and a private vernal pond out back that's filled w/wildlife year-round. Lake Wabasis is approximately 2 miles long (Kent County's largest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. It's an all-sports lake that's popular for its fishing.

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Cabin in the Woods

The cabin is nestled to the back of the 3.6 acres of a private wooded land with a short walk to the all sport lake. The updated home features two bedrooms, sleeping loft, family room, washer/dryer, all the amenities of home. Enjoy the 160 ft of lakefront off our private dock. We have 2 kayaks, a Canoe and a small fishing boat, floaties and life vests for boating or swimming. Enjoy a day at the lake, cook dinner on one of our grills and enjoy the evening by the firepit.

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Beautiful lakefront home on quiet lake, Serene and wooded yard. Right on the water with a beach. Enjoy the lake views from the inside porch at the large hand made table with 8 seats. Onsite laundry. Very tastefully decorated The first floor will give you that up north feel with beautiful knotty pine walls. The second floor has the bedrooms and bath for more privacy, and a sitting area for reading or relaxing. There are many stairs! Well water.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
