Quiet neighborhood conveniently located near KC attractions! We offer a spacious well lit home away from home. Our well stocked kitchen has a sliding glass door that leads to our spacious backyard featuring a patio where friends & family can grill & where kids can play in their own playground. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. Our queen bed, fun 3 bunk bed and 2 futon beds in the living room offer guests many more sleeping options! Note: we do not accept local guests.

Lucky Kitty Tiki Lounge & Whimsical Summer Escape

A 125-year-old bungalow packed with personality. Inside you’ll find curated worldly décor, many lounge spaces, and the house’s most famous feature: the Lucky Kitty Tiki Lounge, a hidden bar built inside the old garage. Outside, relax in the barrel sauna, cold plunge, and stock tank pool, gather around the fire pit, and unwind under the string lights after a night exploring Kansas City. It’s a one-of-a-kind stay just minutes from downtown, the stadiums, and some of the city’s best restaurants.

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

The Black Walnut KC Pool House & Hot Tub

Beautiful pool house that sleeps up to 5 with two amazing king size beds, a queen pull out couch, and twin bed along with a beautiful full bathroom, kitchenette, laundry, and bar! Custom artificial turf, heated pool, and hot tub that are open year round make this a unique resort style stay in the heart of the favorite neighborhood of all of Kansas City - Brookside! Cozy Private Barndominium/studio

Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

Cozy Downtown Apartment

Be our guest and enjoy a pleasant and peaceful retreat in your private, tastefully decorated apartment attached to our home. The open design features a spacious living room, ROKU TV, a desk and full-scale kitchen. Drift off into a deep sleep in the separate bedroom in the luxurious and cozy queen size bed. The large, illuminated bathroom offers a tub with pulsating jets as well as a separate shower, floating vanity and laundry closet. Downtown shops and dining are just a short walk away.

Truman Loft

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. The Brick Barn Studio is a sweet and peaceful private space on the first floor of a late 19th century Carriage House. Guests enjoy private entry to their accommodation, mini kitchen, shower/bathroom, and laundry, king mattress on a unique built-in bench platform, and a convertible sofa for another guest or two. There is a privacy curtain provided for guests who would like a little separation between the bed and sleeper sofa.
