This house provides a spacious area for relaxation and fun! There is a beautiful view of Rough River Lake from the very large back deck. There is also a small upper deck that connects to the upstairs bedroom. The upper level of the house consists of two bedrooms (one a queen bed and the other a bunkbed) and a large bathroom. The lower level has three bedrooms (one queen and two full beds), the dining room, kitchen, living room, and bathroom/laundry room. Plenty of room for family and friends!

Wax Marina 3 miles away for all other watercraft rentals (boats, jet-ski, mat’s ). Rent in advance. Community ramp 3 mins has a courtesy dock , Iberia ramp 1 mile a sandy beach etc. Other things: Buoy Restaurant wet bar over looks Wax Marina YUM -cocktails State Park 15 mins beach/play area, miles of hiking, bike trails.
