Very well connected with the Fiumicino airport. Whether walking or taking public transport, in a few minutes you will get to the most suggestive areas in the center of Rome, from Piazza Navona to the Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, The Roman Fora, Colosseum and St Peter's Square.

It has a balcony overlooking Viale dell'Università and the Secretary of Air Force building, a prime example of Italian Rational Architecture. The bathroom offers a shower with endless hot water, a design stone basin supported by a wooden sculpture, and sanitary ware. It is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and towels. You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!
