Plus it's just 8 minutes to Soho Farmhouse gate too. The Barn is close to popular Cotswolds spots like Blenheim Palace, Chipping Norton, Bicester Village, Silverstone & a perfect post-festival decompression bolt-hole.

This property is located in the picturesque village of Barford St Michael, which is nestled closely to the owner's home. The cottage has one super king sized bedroom and one double bedroom. A combined living/sleeping area with doors onto a private terrace and a separate full kitchen and separate shower room (with loo) divided from the living area by sliding doors. A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

The Loft at Lower Farm

The Loft is part of a large complex of traditional Cotswold stone barns, built as a model farm over 200 years ago. It is situated above our stable yard in the centre of a working farm. On one side from the window you’ll probably see horses coming in for breakfast, the other side has views over the riding arena and farmland. Not suitable for infants and children under 12.
