It is located at a calm and sunny spot in La Punt and is a perfect nest for all kind of outdoor activities. As a part of the La Mora 4 star residence you can use a shared sauna, a games and billiard room and a reception desk. It is easily accessible either by public transport or car. Hotel standard bed sheets, towels and kitchen towels are included in the cleaning fee.

This spacious loft apartment on two floors is part of a unique house built in 1902 in Art Nouveau style. It's an excellent accommodation for 12-15 guests looking for comfort in a historical setting. Geographically, the house Grava in Susch is an ideal location to explore the entire Engadin valley by car or train. St.Moritz in the Upper Engadin, Scuol in the Lower Engadin and Davos across the Flüela pass are 30 to 45 minutes away. A train journey to Zürich airport lasts less than 3 hours.

Meine Unterkunft liegt mitten im Dorf, umgeben von Bergen, die zum Ski fahren und wandern einladen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, sieht man die Skipiste. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

Das Haus liegt zentral im schönen Bergdorf Ftan (1650 m.ü.M.). Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang. 1 Parkplatz (kostenlos) ist unterhalb des Hauses vorhanden. Ebenso haben unsere Gäste kostenlosen Wi-Fi - Zugang. Im Wohnbereich ist TV vorhanden.
