This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. When you arrive, you will see a ground floor layout designed with an open floor plan including a modern kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom.The second floor houses two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is our mission and plan to make your stay at Villa Ana and the island of Šolta as pleasant as possible.We understand it is all about the details, and hope you will find our grounds and rooms relaxing and tastefully designed.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

This traditional family summer house is located in a beautiful bay of Bobovišće na moru (Bobovišće by the sea) on the island of Brač. Enjoy starry skies and clear blue sea less than 30 meters from the terrace surrounded by charming Mediterranean landscapes. It is located on the cape of a small, peaceful bay, Donja Krušica, surrounded by olive trees and sea. This small cozy house is with accompanying facilities such as a terrace, garden, parking area, secured play area for children and pets, barbecue, and all that with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Split.
