Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

The apartment holds a livingroom with sitting/eating area, bedroom, toilet, kitchen w. gas stove, a raw but cozy bathroom in unfinished basement with bathtub & over tub shower (no sink). Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 2 units. In my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead).

Besides from living room and a bedroom the apartment holds a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a bathroom with shower and heated floor. Up the street there is a fantastic coffee roastery, special pizza place (also gluten free), Ungdomshuset and plenty of bazars and take away places. The bus 4A stops right on the corner and Nørrebro and the metro is 10 min away by foot.
