Located right by Real Ale Brewery just 2 miles from downtown Blanco with restaurants, shopping, and Blanco State Park. Austin and San Antonio are also easily accessible by car.

Nestled in the heart of Old Town Helotes, our 107-year old house is home to our beautiful bed and breakfast upstairs and our incredible coffee shop downstairs! The space is the entire second floor! Community pool available to guests 2 hours/day during the hours of 10A-3P with advanced reservation. Rules & use waiver must be signed in advance.

Completely updated with all the 'modern' conveniences, but still keeping that rustic/elegant look of the Hill Country. Front porch for 'relaxi'n/sipping', Landscaped yard, private parking lot, private patio with comfy seating, umbrellas and fans. So sorry, but we are not set up for children or pets.

This cozy artist's retreat is in a great location, only eight minutes to downtown Austin. It is located in a small secluded residential area, that has a half mile loop for walking. The property is surrounded by trees and allows for enjoying the outdoors. People will enjoy the modern home (1300 sq feet) with a practical kitchen and travertine tile floors throughout the house. Very clean, spacious.

Homey and a large private upstairs bedroom with a Queen-sized bed with an overhead ceiling fan, and a plasma TV. The home has high-speed Wi-Fi for your use. The upstairs rooms have their own heat and A/C. Easy check-in - just ring the doorbell. We provide coffee and fruit for breakfast if you desire, and a full kitchen for your use. We have plenty of street parking in a very quiet neighborhood.
