The French Shed

The French Shed is situated in a private area at the back of our cottage, it overlooks the fields and woods and Guestling church can be seen. Guests can relax and enjoy the seating area that is outside the shed , its a lovely place to sit watching the sun set enjoying a drink or having a BBQ. The Shed has been designed with the garden in mind , kitted out with lots of unique and interesting rustic finds a lot of which have come from France. It's a beautiful and unique place to relax and unwind.

The Annex

A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

Idyllic setting Tudor Cottage Annex

Tudor Cottage Annex is attached to our main house and is down a private road with no passing traffic. It looks out over the garden and paddock with only horses and chickens for company. The annex is fully equipped for either long or short stays with a kitchen consisting of fridge freezer, cooker (oven and hob) and washing machine. All cooking utensils, including even baking tins are provided, along with tea, coffee, milk and free range eggs from our own chickens.
