Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Outside there is a large dining area, outdoor kitchen & outdoor bathroom. Child friendly space. As seen on BBC2 My Unique B&B.

The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Unique Stay in a fabulous converted DOUBLE DECKER BUS! Unwind in the rooftop Hot Tub after a day of wandering the Bluebell Woods, playing Crazy Golf on site, exploring the nearby Ashdown Forest or the local Vineyard for Wine Tasting or enjoying the onsite Ice Cream parlour. The bus boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets to keep it nice and cozy in the colder months! Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Tucked away , and directly beside a babbling brook, this stunning newly renovated barn has all mod cons and everything you need for the perfect break. 65 inch Sky glass tv, huge walk in shower, gorgeous kitchen with granite work tops and built in appliances. Nestled in the Surrey hills there are miles of gorgeous walks quite literally on the doorstep.

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊
