The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

The Bunk House

The kitchen offers a compact fridge/freezer, stove/oven with utensils. Including a Keurig and coffee. The bedroom has a queen size bed and small closet. AC/Heat mini split is located in the bedroom. We are offering a quiet space overlooking our main pasture and pond nestled under Oak trees. Our 20 acre farm is surrounded by mature Oaks giving it a secluded feel and is fully fenced for privacy and safety.
