This is a quiet neighborhood with NOT a lot of traffic. It is very unique, considering how many businesses of interest are nearby. These businesses include iFly, TopGolf, Main Event, Quail Springs Mall, and dozens of fine restaurants across the highway in the Chisholm Creek district. These are all within 1-3 miles, either by main streets or the turnpike... I have nice neighbors who look out for each other. There are absolutely no parties to be thrown on this property.

Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit.
