The house suits very well for a family of up to five people or a small group. There is ample terrace space for outdoor dining and relaxing. One car can be parked on the premises. The fence has a remote controlled gate. The house has air conditioning on the second floor where the bedrooms are and on the first floor there is also a sauna.

Your booking includes three buildings, with beds for nine in two of them. The manor dates from 1906. Beside the natural swimming pool stands the White Swan, a glass pavilion with the estate's best kitchen and a pizza oven. The Black Swan spa house sits over its own pond. Beyond: a lake with an island, three sandy beaches, 1.7 km of trails.

Our house is located in Haapsalu old town. Tiiker Apartment is on second floor of our house. Apartment has private entry. House is over 110 year old, but has all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and a big balcony in the apartement. Bedroom nr 1 has 120cm wide bed. Bedroom nr 2 can be twin (2x80cm) or double (160cm). Baby cot and extra bed is also avaiable if needed. Coffee and tea is included in price.
