Enjoy a BBQ on you own private deck in the evening sun. We'll say hello if we pass on the drive otherwise we'll leave you alone, unless you need something of course.

We are located in East Auckland, 20 km from Auckland's CBD and 21 km from Auckland Airport. Our studio flat is at the rear of our house in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, close to Lloyd Elsmore Park. We offer a monthly discount (see below). The flat was recently renovated and refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom, washer-dryer, queen-size bed, heat pump and home ventilation system. It is warm, dry and bright, with windows on 3 sides. There is a 50” TV and unlimited wifi.

This self-contained unit with a private sun-drenched deck is attached to the family home and has been architecturally designed with light and space in mind.
