Our comfortable and quiet 1 bedroom apartment offers all you need for a short or long stay. With a fully equipped kitchen, pull out couch for extra guests and spacious bathroom with washing machine. Our large sheltered balcony offers a private spot to relax with seating space and room for a yoga mat or two.

This charming Cape Cod-style cottage offers tranquil and private country-style accommodation. Breakfast is included, featuring a selection of muesli, yogurt, toast, and spreads. My place is close to Rugby and Cricket stadiums, Waterworld, Netball courts, BMX track, Te Rapa race course, river walks and popular Sugarbowl Cafe, one minute from bus stop into the city.. You’ll love my place because of your own private BBQ and outdoor area. Clean and modern unit, in a nice central location.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Our apartment is suitable for self isolation, the only criteria being previous good reviews from airbnb hosts.

Cosy Cottage Kakaramea

This peaceful hideaway/small farm stay 🐓🐑🐄 is set back off the road (350 meter drive) in rural Waikato, located on the outskirts of Hamilton where pets are welcome. We have AC. We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

Suburban executive studio close to amenities

Located on a quiet street close to Rototuna Village, this guest suite is perfect for singles, couples and business travellers. The room is spacious, has a queen bed, fold out couch if needed (linen for this $15 extra charge) and a new, stylish bathroom. We have a free carpark space available for you, as well as there’s free roadside car parking. Note: this room does not have cooking facilities. It is also more suitable for those with their own car, unless they would like to use the bus.

We're down a long drive, at the end of a cul de sac, so you’ll wake to native bird song from the gully, not traffic noise. Whether you're working, on holiday, here for an event, seeking a calm oasis or looking for a romantic rendezvous, the Hideaway is a lovely place to stay.

Quiet Courtyard Oasis - walk to city centre

Quiet friendly complex of residents. Double glazed windows and air conditioning. Blockout curtains in the bedroom. Walk to Southern Cross Hospital and City Centre. 5 minutes to Waikato Hospital and Claudelands Showgrounds. The entire inside of the unit is private; there is no shared bathroom or kitchen. We have a shared driveway and pathway to the unit. 2 person maximum. Great river walk and park across the road.

Street facing and easily accessible, the perfect place to relax and a great base for local events. The tiny house has a queen sized bed upstairs. Fully insulated and double-glazed, with a heat pump/air conditioning unit to ensure year round comfort.

A great location near Waikato Hospital, Hamilton Lake, Hamilton Gardens and the city centre. Green Valley Cabin overlooks a gully with nature right on your doorstep. You may even be greeted by our delightful and friendly one-eyed cat, Winky. This is a self-contained unit with a toilet and shower. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave.
