Entire home with A/C, hot tub & fireplace. Three bedrooms-main floor master w/king bed, two bedrooms upstairs w/queens. One full bath on main floor w/jetted tub, and a full bath upstairs w/shower. Fenced-in backyard with hot tub, patio and fire pit areas. About 4 blocks from downtown- walk/bike to Lake Michigan, restaurants, breweries, etc. Short drive to Ludington State Park, Pentwater, and Silver Lake. WIFI, Roku, bedding, towels, Coffee maker for both pods or standard pot, crockpot, & more.

Beautiful view of Lincoln Lake. We are in the perfect location, 3 miles to town and 3 miles to the State Park, right on Lincoln Lake. Come and enjoy some time relaxing in a private guest house. Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.

Relax inside by the fireplace while doing a puzzle with views of water from all windows. Our community includes access to an indoor pool and hot tub, open 6a-10:30p daily year round, and an outdoor pool in the summer. Two queen bedrooms + extra landing space with full/twin trundle allow for many to sleep. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry.

Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
