Plus our pool, jacuzzi tub, projector, giant deck and a stage with sound system, drums amps and karaoke input. The most unique amenity though is The Enchanted Forest. Roomy and bright bedroom has a huge bathroom with a shower, office/ kitchenette/ eating area, and closet with fully-supplied laundry. The king bed includes a locally-made, medium-firm mattress and abundant bedding. The TV is connected by Roku to all major streaming services.

If you enjoy cycling the bike path abuts the back of the property! Quiet neighborhood, pet and kid friendly one block from downtown Florence. Look Park is a mile down the bike path. Plenty to do if the weather is not cooperating. Fully appointed kitchen to make cookies, home made ice cream, plenty of games and records.

Clean and sunny house near Smith College

Our guest house is in a quiet woodsy neighborhood 1 mile from Smith College. We are 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen bed downstairs, another queen upstairs in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. There is a washer/dryer, fireplace, and back deck with gardens and woodlands. We have a new patio and hot tub right off the deck in a private area. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river.
