Mushers Haven-Fairbanks Adventure & Retreat Lodge

Musher's Haven is a tranquil lodge located on the premiere mushing and skiing trail system of North America. Located on a 15-acre lot, you will have privacy and immediate access to 25 miles of of expertly groomed (and award-winning!) trails. Our Cabin with hot tub is a quiet, and relaxing place. With its own private driveway, no one will bother you during your stay. The cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook a nice meal. We also have a grill on the front porch incase you prefer to grill. Both 1st floor,and the loft have a queen size bed. A washer/dryer in the bathroom just in case you want to throw in that load of laundry. Whether you’re on vacation or just passing by for work, our cabin can accommodate you well.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Each bedroom gives you plenty of private space but also provides room for family gatherings in the cozy open living area. Tucked away in a beautiful forest of birch and spruce, our Hytte offers a thoughtful space to rest and explore. The furnishings have been thoughtfully curated to be minimalist, warm and peaceful. Many items are vintage or made by us. We have purposefully chosen amenities that are low waste and environmentally conscious. As a welcome to our guests, we provide fresh eggs from our flock of chickens, homemade granola, milk, fresh fruit, coffee and tea!

We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as place for our parents to stay in the summer. In the winter, it's yours! It's an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.
