Welcome to SaltHouse, a minimalistic modern beach retreat nestled amongst the dunes and striking coastal banksias of Surf Beach Phillip Island. Perfect for couples and opposite the beach, this architecturally designed space allows you to bask in the un-hurriedness of life, enjoy long summer days and warm winter fireside snuggle-ups, all to the sounds of Bass Straight. The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

#parkerfarmstay - We have 2 units: 1 sleeps 5 & this unit sleeps 7 using sofa bed. This has a laundry and is next to the playground, the other unit is near the chickens. Both units allow families & friends to reconnect with loved ones in a animal family-friendly place. Both have access to the playground, trampoline & animals: sheep, goats, alpaca, ducks, chicken, dogs & guinea pig. 10 mins to The Big Goose, Moonlit Sanctuary, Dinosaur World, Funky Farm, 15 to Mornington, Hastings & Vineyards

Salty Rays 70s Beach House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway metres from the ocean. Inspired from its original 1970s heritage, this retro renovated beach home will make your time away from home feel like home itself. Salty Rays sits right alongside the Cowes boat ramp and has been designed to make water activities easy and accessible. Coffee shops just around the corner and a short walk along the beach into town. It is a great spot for family or friends to enjoy the ocean right at your fingertips.

Poet’s Corner House on Phillip Island is a peaceful retreat that blends modern comfort with relaxed coastal charm. Minutes from Surf Beach, local dining, and the Penguin Parade, it’s a welcoming base to slow down, recharge, and enjoy “Island Time.”

Somers Dunescape across from the beach

Retro Beach house across the road and over the sand dunes to the beach. Recently updated with new furniture, aircon and heating throughout. A roaring open fire place for you to enjoy during winter and electric blankets on every bed except top bunks! A great place to stay for graduating HMAS families. Maximum of 8 adults please (and up to 4 children) Please note, a bond of $500 will be collected prior to check-in. Your bond will be returned subject to adhering to house rules.

Comfy Shoreham Beach House

Our Shoreham shack is a laid-back and comfortable 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house. Good heating and cooling and fully equipped so you just turn up and relax. WiFi available as well as a large selection of boxsets. Newly extended deck areas front and back gives plenty of room for relaxing outside and enjoying the environment. We are dog-friendly and have had happy guests return again and again. Shoreham is in a quiet rural setting close to wonderful wineries and restaurants.

Mornington Peninsula Getaway-Somers Beach House

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

Comfy king size bed includes TV in master, there is also a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds. A quiet peaceful area with sunny courtyard. Close to parks and pub, near to Mornington Peninsula wineries & hot springs.

Mornington Bayside Escape with Views

1950s architect designed property. Restaurants, shops, cafes, pubs, wine bars located within walking distance. Less than 900 metres (10 min walk) to the beach. With a large open plan living area, four large bedrooms, with a super king in the main bedroom, queen and two single trundles. Ensuite to the main, and large central bathroom with claw foot bath. Multiple outdoor living spaces with an electric shade sail over the outside lounge area.

Corvers Rest

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.
