Peaceful and quiet fully self contained unit set at the rear of our secure acreage in a quiet location in hastings. For those keen on fishing or boating our property has plenty of room to park your car and boat securely. Close to town centre, shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Hastings boat ramp only 3 Klm, Great fishing on western port bay. If you prefer port Phillip bay it's only 20 mins away. The space The unit has a full kitchen with electric hot plates, microwave and fridge/ freezer. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry with front loader washing machine. The bedroom has a queen size bed and cupboard space. Large lounge dinning area with a double pull out sofa bed. It is well insulated with heating and cooling and has a great outdoors area with BBQ

The comfortable queen bed, lounge area with smart TV & Bluetooth speakers provides a relaxing atmosphere. Prepare meals in the kitchenette & Webber. Take advantage of the private fire pit & pick fresh produce from the shared vegie patch. With your own parking & entry this is a perfect base for exploring the area.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Seahouse Studio - Private Beach Access, Pets

Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. This converted battery house sits perched atop a cliff, overlooking uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, where dolphins frequent and the Melbourne CBD skyline peeks through the horizon. Wander through the beach path on the property, taking you directly down to a secluded beach or spend your time on the deck with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset. The perfect romantic retreat for two.

Somersea Cottage. Very close to the beach and cafe

My place is close to the beach and the local cafe/restaurant. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the high ceilings and the quiet, secluded setting. My place is good for couples and families. The main bedroom has a DOUBLE bed. The loft is set up with two single beds. There is a floor couch that could be used for a 5th. I have a portacot if needed. The cottage has its own private courtyard with a gas BBQ. It is located in a very quiet court, just a 5 min walk to the beach and cafe.

BELLA COTTAGE Private & relaxing accommodation down a quiet court on the Mornington Peninsula. Bella Cottage is the perfect base for exploring all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, including wineries, breweries, hot springs, island ferries, restaurants, golf courses and beaches. Bella Cottage is close to HMAS Cerberus. Bella Cottage offers private self-contained accommodation for 2 adults (or 1) on our 2-acre property with a country style aspect including friendly farm animals.

A roaring open fire place for you to enjoy during winter and electric blankets on every bed except top bunks! A great place to stay for graduating HMAS families. Maximum of 8 adults please (and up to 4 children) Please note, a bond of $500 will be collected prior to check-in. Your bond will be returned subject to adhering to house rules.

Somers Cottage Studio - where vines meet bay

Opened in March 2021 this lovingly styled Studio is a 200m walk to the 100 Steps Beach access. Enjoy the nourishing sounds & and smells of nature surrounding this seaside haven. The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.

Renovated villa with everything you need. Spacious living spaces, smart TV & DVD, Bluetooth speaker, also includes study nook. Enjoy cooking in the fabulous kitchen, plenty of bench space, kettle, toaster etc. Soak in the spa bath or enjoy the rain shower. Comfy king size bed includes TV in master, there is also a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds. A quiet peaceful area with sunny courtyard. Close to parks and pub, near to Mornington Peninsula wineries & hot springs.

This one bedroom guest house is located 10mins walk from the magical Somers beach, 5mins drive to Balnarring Shopping Centre and close to all the wineries along the Mornington Peninsula. The guest room, has a queen size bed, a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and sink, separate bathroom and a sofa/ fold out double bed overlooking the gum trees and beautiful garden.
