Welcome to your Victoria getaway! Our cozy 2-bedroom, 3-bed suite is perfect for families, friends, or visiting students. It’s steps from Royal Roads University and close to beaches, parks, shops, and restaurants. Downtown Victoria is just 20 minutes away. Please note: We live upstairs with our three boys (ages 8, 10, and 12). While the suite is soundproofed, you may occasionally hear muffled footsteps, voices, piano, or kids playing. If you need complete silence, this may not be the best fit.

The Cove at Otter Point is a luxury oceanfront vacation rental with 180 degree breathtaking views of the Juan de Fuca Strait west of Sooke, B.C. This 3600 sq. ft. contemporary home is perfect for families or couples wanting an authentic west coast experience. Please note that we are at capacity for weddings and events for 2027 at this time unless the guest list includes only persons staying on the property. We will not be hosting weddings in 2028.

It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.
