Sauna in the woods 'Metsä'

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. De hele benedenverdieping van deze ark op de Rijn behoort tot uw domein: een gezellige woonkeuken verbonden door een hal met de woonkamer. Zowel de woonkamer als de keuken zijn voorzien van een houtkachel, naast vloer- en wandverwarming. De keuken is voorzien van 6 pitsgasfornuis, een grote oven, koel- en vrieskast, vaatwasser en div apparatuur. Het designbed staat in de woonkamer. Op uw prive-terras bevindt zich de buitendouche. In de tuin met uitzicht over de Rijn diverse zit en bbq plekken.

Spacious holiday home on a quiet park with a large private garden Close to a beautiful lake with sandy beach, lovely restaurant, beach-club, working windmill and a massive indoor play barn. Everything is only a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a walking & cycling path all round the lake which links up to many regional and national cycle ways and gets you into the centre of Winterswijk in about 10 minutes where you can indulge in shopping, culture, food and the local nightlife.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Living/keuken: volledig uitgeruste keuken, smart TV, Sonos Arc, openslaande deuren naar eigen terras. 2 slaapkamers waarvan 1 met badkamer en suite, bubbelbad, openslaande deuren, Swiss Sense Boxspring met smart TV, regendouche met Sunshower. Tweede kleine slaapkamer voorzien van een tweepersoons boxspring. De accomodatie heeft een eigen entree/opgang. Terras met lounge en jacuzzi (altijd aan, ook lastminute). Gratis parkeren / eigen terrein.

Even though we are in the center of Velp, our cottage is quiet. National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. If you want, dive in our pool or enjoy our sauna! (20 euro)

Deze unieke woning is onder architectonisch ontwerp en begeleiding gebouwd. Landelijk gelegen aan de rand van bos en zandverstuiving. Het Veluwemeer is op fietsafstand. Cultuur en culinair belevenissen zijn er volop in de omgeving. Beneden is alles gelijkvloers. Mensen met een lichamelijke handicap zijn ook welkom. (Hulp van de host, is mogelijk obv beschikbaarheid. Hij is verpleegkundige) Huisdieren niet toegestaan (uitgezonderd hulphonden). Geen feesten! Niet roken in huis.

Verblijf in dit knusse chalet aan de rand van een rustig, groen en kleinschalig park met sfeervolle huisjes, omgeven door de natuur van de Veluwe. Ontwaak met vogelgezang en spot eekhoorns in de tuin. Voor het chalet loopt een pad met enkel bestemmingsverkeer. Wandel of fiets direct vanaf het park de bossen en heide op. Bezoek de Hanzesteden Hattem, Zwolle of Kampen. Restaurants liggen op 4 km afstand. Een fijne plek voor wie rust, natuur en comfort zoekt.

Have a morning coffee with an unobstructed view of the fields, and maybe have the neighbour's cows greet you at the fence. At night, relax by the outside fireplace with a glass of wine. It has everything you need, just unpack your bags and enjoy!
