This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Eine kleine Garage dient als Stellplatz am Haus.

Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist als Einliegerwohnung Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses in Paretz. Unser schöner Garten darf gerne gemeinschaftlich mit unseren Tieren (Hund, Katze und Schaf) geteilt werden und lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende kommen in Paretz ganz sicher auf ihre Kosten; ob beim Spaziergang in dem Naturschutzgebiet der "Paretzer Erdlöcher" oder auch beim entspannten Baden in der nur 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichenden Havel-Badestelle.

The nicely renovated kitchen/living room with a long table is perfect for friendly get-togethers. Wifi, linen, bath and hand towels, skin-friendly soap, and green gas and electricity included. There are no additional charges. We love families - children up to 12 years are free of charge.

Für exzessive Partys ist unser Hof leider nicht geeignet. Unser Haus wurde ca. 1850 erbaut. Wohnhaus & Scheune des denkmalgeschützten 3-Seiten-Hofs sind im Eichen-Fachwerk errichtet. Um das Haus stehen 10 Hochzeitslinden. Im November, wenn die Linden zurückgeschnitten sind, ist das Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen. Ab Mai verschwindet es dann langsam hinter schattenspendendem Blätterwerk, und bleibt so den ganzen Sommer über herrlich kühl...

Genießen Sie Ruhe und Komfort in der Ferienwohnung. Auch für Fahrräder haben wir Platz. Diese zentrumsgelegene Unterkunft ist 5 Gehminuten von einer Badewiese, 10 Gehminuten von der Kulturkirche sowie dem Kulturhaus „Stadtgarten“ entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Uferpromenade, die Klosterkirche St.Trinitatis sowie die Fontanetherme.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
