The Clearing | Rustic Wagon by the Sea

Unplug, unwind and immerse yourself in nature at our rustic wagon set up...absolute waterfront in the heart of the Marlborough Sounds. Watch the boats go by on the water below & enjoy the tranquility of the native bush & birdsong. Take a walk down one of the tracks to the waterfront, for a swim, to soak up the sun or go for a kayak. The wagon features a queen bed & ensuite toilet. Adjacent to the wagon is a covered kitchen / dining area & an outside hot water bush shower is amongst the ferns.

Our Kayaks for your use, & our shoreline deck are a 2 minute walk down to the beach. A great spot to relax in the sun. Outdoor BBQ area and spa pool sets the scene for your relaxing break away. In beautiful Moenui we have a typical kiwi north facing bach overlooking the Mahau Sound. It boasts a two bedroom house with a one bedroom and lounge Chalet, and an expansive deck that takes in full views of the water. There are many options to sit and take in gorgeous views from many vantage points around the property. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, opening out onto the deck. With a mooring, boat ramp to launch your boat, a local reserve and surrounding walks, you will fall in love.

Brand New 3brm holiday home with large deck, stunning sea views overlooking the Marlborough Sounds. The sea is 1 min walk.Free Wifi, kayaks, bbq, childrens swing and outdoor blackboard. 10 mins drive to Havelock, 25 mins to Picton along the world renowned Queen Charlotte Drive. 40 mins to Blenheim. The wineries are 20 mins away. Havelock is the Green Shell Mussel capital of the world. Restaurants, a four square supermarket, cafe, galleries, marina and scenic cruises are located here.

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

Stunning views over to the village of Havelock and beyond to the breathtaking Pelorus Sounds and decorated with a stylish Pacific vibe. Watch the boats come and go from the marina and relax on the deck or balcony. The water is tidal so at high tide the water laps at the property boundary. At low tide there are expansive mud flats. The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.
