Tainui Retreat A beautiful, newly renovated two storey house in the heart of Havelock North. Just 15-20 minutes walk to the village. Warm and sunny, with a balcony off the living area and a secluded deck at the other end of the house with an outdoor table and couches. A garage is available for storage of bikes & golf clubs. The house is set up for adults. Our policy is for no children under 10. Out of consideration for our neighbours we have a quiet policy from 9 pm and strictly no parties.

Escape to your home away from home in this cozy historic Napier home built in the 1920’s. Experience the charm of a character home with convenience of the modernised kitchen and bathroom. With both gas fires and a heat pump you will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There are 3 bedrooms with separate kitchen, lounge and a snug. The sunny back yard is fully fenced. The full bathroom has the shower over a bath, and there is an additional toilet off the laundry.

Welcome to our Art Deco style house, located in Marewa, Napier, situated on a quiet loop street that showcases some of the best examples of Art Deco architecture. The house comes fully equipped, with a large private outdoor deck and lawn in addition to the house itself to relax in and enjoy. Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.

The two dwellings can be individually booked for totally separate groups or couples, while large groups find the relatively close proximity of the two, very user-friendly.
