Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Comfy and cosy hut in stunning private location

The shepherd's hut is located in a private and peaceful spot on our smallholding, on the outskirts of the South Downs National Park. The hut has great amenities and is heated. It has great access to footpaths and local shops and pubs. We are fortunate enough to have some wonderful wildlife here, including deer, birds of prey and woodpeckers. As well as our rare breed sheep and pigs. Issy is a land agent and Geoff is a tree surgeon, so we have a keen interest in nature and the environment.

Countryside setting within a convenient location.

Set in lovely countryside, the Stables Flat is a private one bedroom apartment decorated in a modern style. It is part of a stable yard that is no longer in use. Guests and their dogs are welcome to enjoy the paddocks and small patch of woodland that form part of the property. There are lots of circular country walks including dog friendly pubs and the Bolney wine estate and cafe. Being close to the A23 and A272, gives easy access to Brighton, Hickstead, Gatwick and Nymans gardens.

A beautiful, 16th century cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the village of Fletching in East Sussex. Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
