This beautiful space has a private covered deck, and is also walking distance to the madison Township Park which has a basketball and sand volleyball courts, etc.

Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center.

Rebuilt in 2023 from what was a two-story boathouse, Tree-Top Cottage features an Open Floor Plan, with breathtaking elevated views of Lake Erie through 3 large sliding glass doors or a private balcony with Adirondack chairs and a breakfast table.
