The owners of the cottage have an affinity with wombats and a respect for the traditional custodians of the land, so in naming the property they chose to acknowledge both. Wariin is an old miners cottage, circa 1900's, tastefully renovated to make your stay both relaxing and comfortable. It is perfect as a couples retreat or a small family holiday, it is private and pet friendly (small dogs only, larger dogs at owners approval)

The Raglan Cottage is one of two cottages listed on this Airbnb site. “The Raglan” and “The Jamieson Cottage” were originally part of the first Cobb and Co staging station and booking office, which operated on this site from 1858 until 1877. Both cottages lie at the rear of the former Jamieson Hotel, which was built by American prospector and entrepreneur Henry Jamieson in 1858.
