A quiet, charming part of Hereford countryside surrounded by farmland and woodland. 5 miles from Hereford, 8 miles Ross, 5 min from Holme Lacy College and 45 minute drive to Hay on Wye. Suitable for one person or a couple, short or long stay, business or pleasure, this is the perfect location for a peaceful retreat whilst exploring many of the famous nearby tourist attractions.

Stay at 'White House Hideaway' - a romantic off-grid cabin with hot tub and cold plunge. Tucked away on our peaceful family farm in the Wye Valley, it's perfect for couples wanting to slow down and reconnect. Enjoy sweeping countryside views and your own wood-fired tub under the stars. Cosy up by the wood burner or toast marshmallows on the firepit. The River Wye is on the farm, so you can book wild swimming, SUP, canoeing, or guided foraging. Fully booked? The Covey, a Tudor cottage for two.

Set in tranquil countryside, down owner’s private drive, this charming, spacious, 16th Century Tudor cottage enjoys beautiful views, own secluded, walled, pretty rose garden, private gate, secure for dogs. A perfect romantic cottage for couples. It boasts oak beams, an ingle nook fireplace with wood burner and a large airy cruck beamed bedroom with stunning far reaching views over the Herefordshire countryside. Enjoy the morning sun over breakfast, near the open door and listen to the birds.

The Game Larders

Wythall is a half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tastings and vineyard tours are also available via appointment. The Game Larders is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.

The Log Shed is a chic rustic barn conversion located on the Herefordshire/Shropshire border. Set in 70 acres of stunning countryside with views for miles. Kick back and relax in front of the cosy log burner, explore by foot with an abundance of walks on your doorstep or take a short drive to Ludlow and discover boutique shops, explore the historic castle and sample foodie delights at the Ludlow Farmshop. For keen walkers the famous Offa's Dyke is less than 7 miles away.

The cottage at Castleton Barn is a truly special place, a distinctive holiday let for up to 4 people. A 17th-century farm cottage at the end of a country lane shared only with the owner's house (adjacent), enjoying restful quiet with a private drive and garden giving on to stunning views of the Bannau Brycheiniog. Located just 3 miles from the book-lover's haven of Hay-on-Wye, famous for its literary festivals and easygoing charm, it is the perfect place to escape to.

The Stables: Cozy cottage with views and a hot tub

A very cozy detached cottage with incredible views over the rolling Welsh countryside. The open plan living space comprises of a Kitchen with full amenities, a sitting room, with a comfy sofa and a log burner. The bedroom has a very comfy King Size bed and a TV. The bathroom boasts a large shower and a double-ended roll top slipper bath. Outside is a large decking area with your own personal Hot Tub to relax in after taking on some of the many walks in the areas.

The Granary at the Crooked House

***We are located in England, not Wales. NOTE the staircase is very steep so young children will need to be supervised when upstairs. A cosy, rustic retreat in the heart of stunning Borders countryside. We are able to provide a contact free check-in and check-out. I live in a property adjacent, but at some distances to the property. Enjoy amazing stars at night and fresh eggs from our own hens for breakfast. Wake up to bird song and beautiful views.

The Stables is a single storey stone property converted 12 years ago, it is part of‘Cotts Farm’ and is situated at the end of a private tree lined drive, and nestled in the heart of Lugwardine. It is a 10 min stroll to a beautiful country pub, with beer garden. Hereford city centre is a mere 2.5 miles. Ideally situated for visits to historic towns of Ledbury, Ross On Wye and the Wye Valley, Leominster and Ludlow, the Malvern Hills just a stones throw away!

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.

Uplands Garden Cottage is a luxury retreat with wonderful views across Herefordshire countryside. Located 1 mile from the market town of Ledbury and its independent shops and cafes, it is within striking distance of the Malvern Hills and the Wye Valley (Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty). Festivals nearby are Ledbury Poetry, Hay, Longborough Opera, Cheltenham, Three Counties/Choirs. Piano & dedicated work station for those wanting to WFH.

Coach House - detached cottage within 135 acres

The Coach House is a detached converted barn with a private & secure garden. The cottage has been sympathetically restored, retaining its many original features. The property provides a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. One of the twin rooms can be made up into a superking room - please request this on booking. There is a family bathroom & downstairs shower room. Open plan kitchen & lounge. Secure private garden with flag-stoned patio.
