This is a self contained 1 bedroomed suite with separate entrance on the ground level of a modern home. Fitted out to a high standard with large lounge with single daybed, fridge, microwave, kettle,coffee plunger and toaster. A separate bedroom with comfortable double bed and one bathroom. Parking outside suite (no turnaround) or street. Public transport 5 minutes away or 8 minutes by car to the central city. Part of our house, this private wing has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and your own modern bathroom as well a large landscaped garden to relax in. We have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle etc but not a full kitchen. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.
