Enjoy your stay at this lovely hut at the end of our garden. Our garden is 140 feet long so it's lovely and peaceful. The property consists of a lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom & double bedroom. With enough room for a family of 4 to enjoy cooking an evening meal, there is a dining table, a 55 inch flat screen TV. This room hosts a double sofa bed. There is a separate bathroom with shower, toilet & sink. The double bedroom has a wardrobe, dressing table, stool, hair drier and a 50 inch TV.

The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

One of the earliest Fisherman's Cottages in this seaside town, The Garden Cottage retains many original features with all the modern conveniences. Meticulously restored in the last 3 years, The Cottage has a large 'Loft style' Master Bedroom, 2nd bedroom, ideal for children, Shower Room, Sitting Room & recently renovated, fully-equipped kitchen.

A short drive to the nearby seaside towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay, historical Canterbury and the glorious beaches of East Kent, it is the perfect base to explore the area. A suitable space for families, couples and groups of friends and a great location for walkers, cyclists and sightseers.

This is the perfect place to kick off your shoes and relax after a long day enjoying the beautiful sights and coastal walks on offer. The apartment itself is nestled away in a very quiet cliff top road, very few cars use the road. Located in the pretty village of Beltinge, there is a small supermarket, post office and pub within walking distance.
