We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Sizergh Castle, Levens Hall and other amenities are close by. Local walks and easy access by car to the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the Silverdale and Arnside AONB.

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

No.26 is a traditional cottage situated on Greenside, which is a beautiful picturesque area of Kendal. The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.

A really bright and modern, self contained, open plan apartment in central Kendal with parking for one car. Brilliantly located for all of Kendal's wonderful amenities especially.
