Egerton adjacent to Pluckley boasts many lovely country walks with huge Dering woods walkable from the listing and the villages of Goudhurst and Sissinghurst within 20 minutes. By car, Rye, Canterbury & Whitstable are within 40 minutes Ashford Designer outlet is 25 minutes away. The dog friendly restaurant and pub is a 5 minute walk.

We are on the outskirts of Bethersden village which has 2 pubs, village shop/post office and an Artisan Butcher. There is plenty to do in the area villages, vineyards and only 20 miles from the fantastic beach at Camber Sands. Rye and Tenterden are close by and definitely worth a visit. EV charging at an extra cost.
