BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! Hit the beach and you're a 25 min walk to the pier, or a 2 min walk to view the light house from the sand. Pictures don't do justice!

Located mid-island, convenient to everything. Less than 5 minute walk to the Beach! This is an iconic 1940 "Tybee Island Beach House" built in an elevated style that is a typical architectural vernacular to Tybee. We are at the North end of Tybee close to the lighthouse and some awesome restaurants like North Beach Grill and Hucapoos. Our home is furnished with everything you could want. Including a crockpot and a blender. The condo has a pool that is open year-round but is not heated. We have tennis courts and pickle ball, so bring your racquets. Relax on our porch and watch the sunset.

Close to shops, restaurants & this house has everything you need to enjoy your stay, large outdoor space & comfy furnishings. Please note: The house is divided into TWO units-Unit A is upstairs only with two bedrooms, two baths. Ask about our Concierge service for the ultimate vacay!

The Barracks - #2

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit at The Barracks on Tybee overlooks Jaycee park and features soaring ceilings, seasonally heated pool, professional kitchen with marble counters, and front porch rockers for ultimate beach vibes and relaxation. There is also an on-site Golf Cart that is separately rentable per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the top deck with an ocean breeze and view in a spacious, comfortable home designed for true beach relaxation. Located on the less crowded north end of the island and minutes to the beach, Memorial park, great restaurants and ice cream shops. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower after a day at the beach and parking for up to five vehicles.
