Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

There is access to the back deck and fire pit in the (shared) fenced back yard for enjoying a relaxing evening.

This is a 2-family home, but ONLY YOU will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this property. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access.
