The house is listed, the village is in a conservation area in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has a lovely pub. Great walks over the Dassett Hills. Nearby towns are Banbury, Warwick, Leamington Spa, and Stratford upon Avon. Jaguar Landrover, Gaydon and Aston Martin are 4 miles away. Birmingham and Coventry 30 mins away. Parking available off the road.
