The pool is a must have in the Hunter Valley summer, while the large fireplace in the lounge adds charm in cooler months. Located in the charming village of Hinton, the property is a 3 min stroll to the local pub overlooking the river, and a short drive to historic Morpeth, Maitland and the gateway to the Hunter.

Use the pool, sauna, explore the gardens, collect farm fresh eggs, feed the chickens & sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids. Dogs welcome on request.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with all the modern comforts you need to make your stay enjoyable.

Please note: Our base rate is for 2 guests and includes access to only one bedroom (the upstairs Super King bed). The second bedroom (downstairs Queen bed) will remain locked. If you require both bedrooms for 2 people, please update the number of guests to 3 adults (covers additional room charge) Selecting infants or children will not unlock the second bedroom as they stay for free. Alternatively selecting 3-4 adults automatically opens the second bedroom.
