The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula.

Unique totally beach front cottage sleeps 6 comfortably, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and all the extras you enjoy at home. Wood heater with Netflix and Sing Star. Close to bus stop and RSL. The kitchen has had a modern renovation in 2025, new kitchen modern appliances have been introduced to this area.

The MANING REEF HOUSE is located in Sandy Bay’s affluent golden mile, just in walking distance to Wrest Point Casino, Sandy Bay Centre and the popular Nutgrove Beach and opposite a beautiful water edge Reserve. The views are amazing, you have uninterrupted and spectacular views of the Derwent River, Tasman Bridge and the Hobart CBD skyline. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests.

A waterfront Pavilion on private 8 acres bushland. This unique waterside location provides a unique setting for your Huon Valley stay. Eat like a local at the Red Velvet, The Old Bank in Cygnet. Fully self contained, the cottage is all yours to enjoy. You’ll meet the friendly wild life as you explore the surrounding bush land. On day two, why not book the private cedar outdoor Hot tub!

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

Breakwater Lodge Primrose Sands

A simple life by the sea…. Breakwater Lodge is our hideaway. A refuge from everyday life. Fishing, sleeping, reading, snuggling in bed, cozying up to the wood fire with a glass of wine in hand, meandering along the beach, private boat sheds or fossicking for mussels on the lichen covered rocks…… a place where we can dream.

This beachfront apartment is a cosy retreat, self contained, with full kitchen, living room and spa. Ocean views from every room with immediate easy access to the beach. A quiet base for local coastal exploration: snorkelling, kayaking and walking the coastal trail.
