Private dock for fishing, swimming and crabbing or bring your boat for quick access to the ICW. We provide our guests: a full kitchen, fresh linens & towels, kitchen & bath starter kits, internet access, smart TVs, beach cart, toys, boogie & skim boards.

Welcome to our duplex on Holden Beach, NC! Ideal for friends or small families, this colorful home is centrally located on the island — midway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Whether you’re here to relax on the beach, explore the waterways, or enjoy quality family time, this is the perfect base for your vacation. The public beach access is just minutes away! It was recently rebuilt to be handicap accessible with no steps — making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf.

Beach House with Fabulous Views

Our wonderful beach house at the West End of the island of Holden Beach is available off-season with a 3 night minimum, and on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor day. We can sleep up to 7 with 4 bedrooms, and our home has unbeatable views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marsh and the Ocean. This end of the island is only 2 homes deep, and beach access is just across the street. There is a gate with a code to this end of the island, and vehicular traffic is very low as a result.

Treat yourself to stylish hospitality at the beach! This house is a romantic escape, a family trip with the comforts of home, or a place to make memories with your besties! After a full day at the beach take a warm outdoor shower under the big dipper before you snug up into luxury hotel sheets. A fully stocked gourmet kitchen and outdoor charcoal grill is ready for whatever's cooking! Keurig coffee pods are waiting for you in the morning. We know you'll love this place as much as we do!

Waterfront, Dock, Beach Access, Premiere Location!

Newly renovated, canal/waterfront home with dock located in the central part of the island near the pier. Less than 4 minute walk to the beach and pier! Short bike ride or walk to downtown. View the intracoastal while enjoying the spacious dock, or the ocean from the front deck. Fish or crab from the dock, enjoy paddleboards on the canals, or simply relax in a hammock under the house. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the covered porches while listening to the ocean! This house has it all!

Dixie's Cottage- Apartment on the ICW Water Access

This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. This is our home and we hope you enjoy Dixie's Cottage !!!
